Very large, mostly round, wrinkly skins, these are the most glorious, large, freshwater pearls. Yes, they have blemishes but the lustre and colour are so good I think the blemishes just have to be accepted as part of their charm. And they're a pretty good size. Surfaces on these have excellent lustre, lots of metallics and irridescence. All shimmery, bumpy, wrinkly and beautiful. Most blemishes are a gap in the top layer of nacre with the nacre underneath showing. Strung on powerpro as they're quite heavy with small rolled gold round beads between. Knotted under the metal beads. |
