These are the most glorious, large, almost round to off round freshwater pearls. Yes, they have blemishes but the lustre and colour are so good I think the blemishes just have to be accepted as part of their charm. Surfaces on these have excellent lustre. All shimmery, bumpy, wrinkly and beautiful. A few pearls have a splot of pondslime; Most blemishes are a gap in the top layer of nacre with the shimmery nacre underneath showing. Strung on powerpro, as the pearls are very heavy, with 2mm round rolled gold beads between. |
